Our spacious home is perfect for entertaining, family reunions, group retreats, and more! Close to Smith Rock, Sisters, Bend, skiing, golf, hiking in the forest, and more! Or just enjoy the amenities such as foosball, pool table, arcade game, etc. 

The open floor plan has the kitchen in the center open to two living room areas, the dining room, and the entertainment /game room. The dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and there is additional seating at the bar counter. The kitchen itself has a wide assortment of pots, pans, utensils, blender, coffee maker, etc. The fridge is usually stocked with condiments. The main suite has a luxurious king sized bed and a comfortable pull out sofa bed. The adjoining bathroom has a large walk in shower as well as an ample walk in closet/dressing room. The bedroom also boasts a private access to the back yard. Every bedroom has at least one chair, dresser, and mirror to make getting ready in the morning comfortable and easy. The main living room boasts a large sofa (with a queen size fold out bed), two love seats, and two large chairs for groups to gather for games or movies. The smart TV is set up with wifi and a guest Netflix account. There is a DVD player and many many DVDs to enjoy, too. We do not have cable or over the air channels. The gathering room is a spacious area with a sofa and two oversize chairs next to a gas fireplace. It's a great place to relax with a good book and a cup of tea. The large guest bathroom has a spacious tub/shower. We encourage our guests to enjoy time in the outdoors by providing space for gathering, eating, and playing in the yards and decks. A propane grill is provided for guest use. Enjoy the fruit trees! Our game room has a popcorn machine and pool table. We also rotate additional games such as foosball, arcade games, etc. 

This home has easy access to HWY 97 and everything that Central Oregon has to offer! Our home is just a few miles from summer swimming and year round enjoyment at Cline Falls State Park, Redmond airport, Deschutes fairgrounds, about 10 miles from Smith Rock State Park, and close to many other exciting location. Late fall, winter, and early spring bring shorter days and longer nights. This means time to relax by the fire - and trips to the mountains for skiing and other snow sports. Guests have access to the house porches and back yard. There is ample parking for up to 6 cars on the driveway, and trailer parking is available if needed. The house is just minutes away from hwy 97, shopping, restaurants, and more. 

This home is in one of Redmond's nicest communities. Mostly home owners and families. It is a quiet neighborhood, although the street we are on can be a bit busy in the morning and early evening as people head to and from work/school. The Catholic church is just across the street, too. It is walking distance from the popular dry canyon where you can walk, jog, bike, take the kids to the skate park, and more. We are 9 miles from Smith Rock State Park and 18 miles to the Deschutes Brewery Tasting Room. Uber has finally arrived in Central Oregon. So, even if you fly in and don't rent a car, transportation is an app away. 

The garage is not included in the rental and home owners occasionally need access into the garage. The landscape crew tries to work only on days not occupied and never early in the morning. RV/Boat/Trailer parking is available. No RV hookups. 

This home was purchased with the intent to retire here, so it is very special to us. We appreciate you as guests and hope that you will show our home similar appreciation and respect. Although it looks very modern, the home was actually built in the 50's and has its quirks. As with many older homes, this one has sensitive pipes and we ask you to not put any food, grease, etc in the kitchen sink (there is no garbage disposal). Also, no feminine products, wet wipes (not even the supposedly septic friendly type) in the toilet, please. 

Up to 2 pets are permitted for an additional $20 per night per pet which will be billed separately after booking.   No pets on furniture. No pets to be left unattended inside or outside at any time.  There is no pet door, so you will need to take them out regularly to potty and all waste is to be properly disposed of in the outside trash bin.

Our home is NOT smoker friendly. Smoking is not tolerated in the house or within 10 feet of any door or window. Any evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a fine of no less than $250.  If cigarette butts are left outside for us to pick up, you will be charged an extra $50 cleaning fee.
