This rare find home is located on almost an acre inside of town! With nice mature trees, grassy yard, and outdoor gathering spaces, you'll never feel like you are in the city.
Our home is just a few miles from summer swimming and year round enjoyment at Cline Falls State Park, 4 miles from Redmond airport, 3 miles from Deschutes fairgrounds, about 15 miles from Smith Rock State Park, and close to many other exciting location - easy access to Bend from HWY 97 and everything that Central Oregon has to offer! Late fall, winter, and early spring bring shorter days and longer nights. This means time to relax - and trips to the mountains for skiing and other snow sports.
The pipes in our home are sensitive, please no feminine products or baby wipes down the toilet and no food or grease in the sinks. Also, please do not dye hair in our sinks or showers. And no glitter bombs in the house.
Our home is NOT smoker friendly. Smoking is not tolerated in the house or within 10 feet of any door or window. Any evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a fine of no less than $250. If cigarette butts are left outside for us to pick up, you will be charged an extra $50 cleaning fee.
